In the cities of Mexico there is a cuisine that is hard to find in the United States due to its rich multi-cultural combinations of ingredients and spices. That cuisine has a history that is influenced by the Indigenous Peoples, and Spanish and French as well as other immigrants from places like the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico, who brought African influences, and many other European, Asian and Middle Eastern immigrants. Together they combined dishes and flavors to create this remarkable cuisine.
We started with the idea of making a contemporary Mexican Restaurant representing many regions of fine Mexican food, including Oaxaca and the coastal regions of Mexico. El Cisne features wonderful seafood dishes and Angus Beef steaks as well as great dishes from our neighboring Mexican State of Sonora.
El Cisne Restaurant will cater events large and small, casual or fine dining. We are happy to serve exceptional food for your celebration. Services can include pick-up or delivery, set-up and cleanup, and hosting and attendants.
